Why Does My Game Pigeon Says Reconnect
I downloaded a few games, played them, then restarted my phone. Now, all my games show up except for Game Pigeon, the one I really wanted to use (it showed up previously and had I played it). I went to the app store, and it says that it is installed, but it doesn't show up in the menu for games, nor under the 'manage' section of the store. Hello guys, for about a week now I’ve been having this issue with my Roblox. I’ve never had this issue before on my computer and this is the first time it’s ever happened. It doesn't let me rejoin, and then after I play my next ranked match the abandon penalty kicks in and I lose rank points for abandoning a game, and the abandon penalty affects the newly completed game, taking away any renown gain or rank gain I got from the game.
After the update a few minutes ago, I can no longer get into any game. Dota client launches okay but when i click on RECONNECT, it will show my loading screen then CLOSES. Am i the only one experiencing this?

It probably hints you that you should stop playing the game keepo.
Whenever the coordinator does that, just leave it, let it reconnect to the dota coordinator by itself. If you try to abandon the game, or turn off Dota and restart it, that's a 50% it's going to be a strike on your account, and two strikes is low pro for excessive abandoning. Eventually when you're able to connect back to Dota, try hitting reconnect, than the lobby (that doesn't exist anymore) should disappear, and you'll be free to search for another match again, or turn off Dota. It's not this update that put you in low pro, it's you not knowing how the coordinator works, sucks, I know, but now you know for next time! lol
^Sorry but I don't understand it. Let me explain what happened.
1. Update Dota client
2. Find Match>Accept
3. Loading Screen>waiting for everyone to load
4. Hero Pick
5. Before i was able to pick a hero, DOTA client closes
6. Went back to Steam and click PLAY
7. DOTA Client launches
8. 2 options available, Abandon & Reconnect>I click reconnect
9. Loading Screen
10. after a 10-15 seconds, DOTA client closes
11. Repeat the same thing about 10 times
12. Then suddenly i saw the message about the Summary that I had 1 abandon and 2 people who reported me. That's when i saw that the game I was suppose to be playing is already over and that I am now in LP.
* I don't seem to understand Shadow what you mean but 'let it reconnect to the dota coordinator by itself'. Pigeon simulator 2019 game. Does it mean that I don't have to click on PLAY in the steam client? TIA

A common way that lots of people undeservedly get put into low pro is when they are in a match, that match ends, but Valve just so happened to be releasing a patch during their game, so that means anyone who isn't playing Dota is probably autodownloading the patch right? (assuming they have steam on) but how can you download the patch if you're in the middle of a match right? So your match ends, you go back to the main dota 2 menu, then all of a sudden it says:
Reconnect, Abandon, and you're like ' wtf? We just finished that match.. why does it do nothing when I say reconnect..'
Basically whenever it says Reconnect, abandon, JUST LET IT connect the coordinator when it says that, then that reconnect thing, abandon thing will disappear by themselves, and it will just change to find match. i'm sure you've seen it before.. I dunno.
This thing. When it show's that, AND has the abandon, and reconnect option, if one of the penalities is ' you will recieve an abandon ' even if the game was done awhile ago, DO NOT restart Dota, or abandon thinking ' i don't think it will count, i'm sure it's safe to leave ' cause it's not, even if the games done, it's a glitch that gets many people.
Your case is different, but i've seen that before too, just another glitch that came with reborn.
@mjorkz, same here man, I already tried to play 3 matches and all failed just after loading, crashing every time. Now im in LP too after more than a year :D

by the way, I'm still having the same problem.what can i do? :(
yeah, went through several forums like steam and valve and there are so many players that are affected by this problem. Most of them are using Intel video cards. I believe around 20-30% of the population is experiencing this problem. But until now, no fix coming from valve.
1000 people already commented in dota discuss on steam and they still have this problem, no one can fix this bug i dont believe that intel users is the problem. that's not fair enough, i have intel i3 and 6gb RAM. Crap
im fucking 24hrs ban and 5 low prio games fuck this life
yeah, not able to play is bad but putting you on Low Prio which you don't deserve is even worse. And to think that this has been happening for more than 24 hours now and Valve hasn't release any announcement on this..Worst!
yeah and theirs a nonsense update earlier this is more important hays! really mad right now
